Flessibilità da parte dei proprietari nel gestire check-in e check-out ad orari personalizzati. Posizione nel centro di Cremona ottima per muoversi senza auto. Dimensione dei locali perfetta per 4 persone.

L'appartamento richiederebbe un po' di manutenzione in alcune parti. Per accedere al bagno occorre passare dalla cucina.

Alloggio confortevole e dotato di tante cose, buoni i materassi e i cuscini, attenti ai particolari (nel bagno detergenti, pannolini per bambini, tappeti). Proprietaria molto gentile.

Purtroppo è rumoroso, poichè in una via del centro al 1° piano, senza doppi vetri, gli schiamazzi della movida fino a tardi possono non far dormire. Casa parzialmente rinnovata, converrebbe mettere zanzariere e tende che scuriscono meglio la luce che filtra dalle persiane.
