I liked the location
Staff is helpful esp ashish bhaiya is really hardworking .The manager also takes care of your needs and see that your problem is solved asap
Cooperative staff
Rooms could be little bigger for that tariff
Wifi was erratic ,I don't know may be that's the case in whole kanatal
Food is average,chef needs to be changed and sometimes the utensils were also not clean

The location is stunning. The views of Himalayas are breathtaking. There is pin drop silence. The facilities are very good. The staff is very helpful and amazing. The food is extraordinary. Vijay Mahar is the chef. The food was better than so called master chefs and 5 star hotels.
