I was hosted by brothers Feras, Mohammed Al-Samahin and Sari Qasim. All of the brothers are great. The hotel was nice. Mohammed and Sari helped me with arranging tours for all key sites within Petra. It was amazing to walk up all the way to Prophet Haroon (Aaron) shrine on top of the mountain.

Breakfast was only on the last day. On the first day, the staff was asleep. You can cook in the kitchen, but no one washes the dishes, and it was dirty the first day. They cleaned it the next day, but that was before I left. Upon arrival, I was left alone and without internet. They connected the internet on the last day before I left, when I no longer needed it. There was also a guy who offered a mule for an unacceptable price. He was very pushy. Petra itself was beautiful, but this Bedouin village is remote, and you have to walk a very long way or hire a donkey.
No Wi-Fi. Staff was absent for two days. Poor location.

this place is a gem and highly recommend it. nice peaceful neighborhood, took me just 25 mins to walk from the central part of Petra site, so great location. the host family are really nice and looked after me so well with awesome local cuisine twice a day and also drove me to the ticket office. fantastic view from the balcony looking over the Petra site and the mountains. full smart kitchen available for my use, shower was good, bed etc were all good and house felt very safe. had a great stay!! looking forward to coming back.
just remember this is a small village without all the supermarkets and tourist shops that you get in wadi Musa which is several km from here.

It’s comfortable. It will make you feel like home. I felt safe and well the entire time.
