スタッフは親切、翻訳を使いながらもコミュニケーションを取ってくれる。
ランドリーも対応、部屋は靴脱いで入るスタイルで日本人は居心地いいと思う。
立地は中心街からは少し離れるが、10分ほど歩けばスーパー、ケンタッキー、ミシュ（中国の激安アイスクリーム屋さん）などがある。

I was here two times and enjoyed my stay very much. The staff is extremely kind and welcoming, I am truly grateful. I was able to leave my suitcase a few days while i was visiting Kyrgyzstan. Coming back to Kazakhstan my transport was cancelled and unfortunately I arrived very very late at night, yet they allowed me to check in very late. Rooms are comfortable and a great value! I recommend this 100%

Nothing to mention.. you can stay here if you don't have any other options
Old and bathrooms are without windows so damp .. bedsheets were not cleaned .. room was not cleaned and hairs everywhere
