We loved the breakfast, the room was a decent size and very clean.
There is nothing we did not like, and we will definitely return.

We really enjoyed the gym and pool facilities, esp that water and towels were equipped in the gym, the gym equipment were very well maintained. The Welcome drinks and snacks at reception when checked in was nice . The birthday platter and card was a very special touch
At Check in the check in reception seemed a bit confused, i gave her my booking name, surname and reference yet she gave me to sign someone's details and room. We were told on the day that we could book game drives at the reception. But on our 3rd day we were told we cant book there for a game drive, the gentleman didnt seem to want to help us and was told we need to book at main reception yet on the same day and game drive other guests booked through that reception. The welcome at breakfast was received well however the lady/chef at the omelet station was very rude each morning, no greeting, was very moody, you actually felt bad for placing an order with her cos she was just so rude. Our shower had a leak and flooded the bathroom. our rooms were only cleaned after 2pm while we wanted to rest. House keeping only gave us one clean towel each day. On check out reception was rude asking us for a pocket sleeve for the card for the hotel door, saying that she is going to charge me for it. It was in the room and i asked if i must go back to get it she shrugged, If we knew and was told to keep the pocket card on check out we would have brought it down with us. But she could have said it in a nice manner. The staff need more customer service training
