Emplacement au cœur du centre ville, charme de l' ancien, belle vue sur le théâtre (illuminé la nuit), surface du logement.
Qualité de la literie, propreté globale de l' appartement, 3e étage sans ascenseur. Légère odeur d' humidité.

広場の前で、駅からも徒歩数分でロケーション良かったです。 また、部屋が広く窓からの解放感もありました。 スタッフの対応が非常に早かったです。
若干キッチンのシンクが狭かったですが、問題ないレベルです。

遮音性が良くないわけで、あまり音が出さなくても下階の住民からクレームがありました。
