Le canapé qui lorsqu’on le défait pour dormir dessus est cassé

Bon rapport qualité/prix mais basique

La surface du logement, les 2 salles de bain, les équipements de l'appartement en général,, la proximité avec la navette et le centre ville, l'arrivée en autonomie, les casiers à ski, le chauffage qui fonctionne bien.

Gros gros manque d'isolation phonique, la literie des lits superposés est limite (matelas de 10/12 cm), la qualité des oreillers médiocre, le lave vaisselle défaillant, le joint du four qui se fait la malle...

Pratique,spacieux,agréable!Juste isolation à revoir🎧

L'appartement était bien placé, un peu en retrait du centre mais dispose d'un navette à deux pas pour se rendre au centre ou à la station sans avoir à prendre sa voiture. De plus c'est un appartement spacieux et bien pour 2 couples et enfants .Bien équipé.

L'isolation phonique !!!!! On a entendu le bruit des voisins qui parlaient très fort (et très tard )comme s'ils étaient dans la pièce à côté . Très énervant !
