I highly recommend this little gem, a Little Haven indeed. Situated in a quiet location but minutes away from the centre of Bakewell so very easy to walk into town either along the main road or by taking the path across a nearby park down to the river. I was unable to make the first day of my stay due to illness but Caroline was very understanding and it was no problem to arrive the next day. The accommodation itself has everything you might need for a enjoyable stay, comfortable bed with plenty of pillows, modern bathroom with super hot shower, lovely toiletries, access to a separate room with sink, fridge, microwave and air-fryer (plus cutlery/plates etc). There's also a large TV (with access to streaming platforms) and a seating area and desk, as well as a Dyson fan/heater (which worked really well first thing when it was a bit chilly). All in all, a great stay and I wouldn't hesitate to book here again next time I visit Bakewell

Everything about the property and the hosts was exceptional. We were made very welcome and Terry our little dog was very welcome and was very at home. Location is 11 out of 10, in fact everything 11 out of 10. Will definitely return.

Lovely place to stay, lovely room with everything you need, very clean.
Location was ideal just a short walk and everything you need is there.
Hosts were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble.

It was a short walk to Bakewell . Parking on site was a bonus.
Kichen utilities a bit unexpected. Had to ask where fridge was. ( told it shouldn’t have been on the advert but was given use of utilities marked private in what appeared to be a service room)
