The strategic location & cleanliness of the property and I like how convenient it is - easily accessible to food eateries all , good for travelers who doesn’t own a car!
There’s no refuse / rubbish room on each floor as we had to bring down big garbage bags to the basement carpark to dispose it off.
Also the rfid tag system wasn’t really top notch - there were multiple times where I had to unbuckle my seat belt to get closer to the sensor and it doesn’t work sometimes. Not to mention that it’s being stalled at a “sloppy” level, could pose danger to the driver & people around if the car wasn’t stalled : parked properly while trying to “wave” our way into the resident parking
