Clean, very comfortable, quiet apartment, has good light, view towards forest. One bedroom and living room with sleeping sofa and kitchenette. Nicely styled flat, equipped kitchen with all necessities to cook meals and eat at home, everything else you may need is available in the apartment, suitable even for long stays. Good spot, right across the road from the beautiful local wooden church and an eco forest path, less than 10 min by foot from the Gondola and 15 from Hotel Rila and Sitniakovo lift. Good communication with host, quick responses to all my questions. We enjoyed a lot our stay and will gladly return.
The balcony doesn’t get sun since it’s north facing but it’s great to have it anyway. Switching the water in the bathtub to shower was difficult sometimes, the knob can get stuck. And just a recommendation: the check-in and check-out times were not available on booking.com before I made the reservation, I would make sure they are visible. I am used to seeing them before I make bookings so I can decide what’s best to choose.

The position of flat us perfect if want to be close to slopes and centre but still quite. Super warm and cosy. Really helpful hostess

Very cosy, fully furnished appartment, quietly located in walking distance from the city center. We were kindly welcome with a sweet surprise from the hosts, who responded within minutes to our questions. We truly enjoyed the nature view from both rooms and the balcony. We felt like at home. Wishing to return back.
