The apartment is very clean and well suited for families.Just 200 metres away from Guruvayoor temple which makes it easier for everyone. Staffs were polite and really helpful.
Fans can be replaced even though they have AC in good condition

The apartment was good well maintained, very good for families especially with small babies and elderly members. All kitchen utensils are there.

Very close to the temple. It’s like 150-200 meters. You can just walk. The service was exceptional. Adequate supply of fresh water, kitchen utensils etc. Thanks to Muralee and Prasobh who were pro active for support.
I would have liked toiletries (tooth paste, brush etc) to be there, or at least mention what is not provided. We received 2 soap bars which were decent. Anyway at this price, one must not bring that up as a point I think. Just writing this so next visitor can come prepared.

Economical and safe appartment.highly recommended for families.good behaviour of the property owner and staff's.amazing experience with this property.near to guruvayoor temple...carm and quiet place...
The apartment lift is too old.. recommended to replace the lift or give proper maintenance.please provide gas and gas stove for cooking in this apartment.it will help for cooking.the induction cookers is not appropriate for some time.at the time our stay we need more tea tag , please provide new and more amount of tea tag's.
