民宿設備新
1.有洗烘衣機&洗碗機大大加分，對於出外喜歡自己煮的旅行者很方便
2. 浴室的浴缸設備很讚，自動放水/加溫/酸素釋放，讓每天的泡澡很享受
民宿位置離小輕軌電車的位置很近，轉乘去各地遊玩很方便
民宿業者說中文可以溝通，回覆迅速，準備足夠的備品/垃圾袋讓我們替換，入住時還準備小禮物，非常貼心
民宿價錢合理，CP值很好
床墊不太舒服，躺下時可以感覺到彈簧床的彈簧
樓梯有點陡峭，大行李無法順利搬上樓，只好全部堆在一樓跟二樓客廳，比較不方便
鍋子是不沾鍋材質，但是沒有適合的鍋鏟湯匙筷子可以用，導致鍋子狀況不好
半夜警報器故障，大概每一分鐘就會響幾聲，被吵醒後完全睡不著，晚上在語言不通又看不懂要怎麼關掉警報器的異國，實在很崩潰

Edullinen, siisti, kaunis ja iso huoneisto.Toimiva keittiö, kaksi vessaa ja kolme makuuhuonetta. Viihdyimme hyvin ja tunsimme olomme turvalliseksi, vaikka Nishinari on alueena köyhä. Suosittelen, jos haluaa nähdä myös tavallisten ihmisten elämää ja säästää majoituskuluissa. Asunnolta on myös helppo liikkua junilla tai metrolla joka paikkaan. Hyviä ruokakauppoja asemilla. Asiakaspalvelu laadukasta ja nopeaa.
Keittiössä kaipasimme paistolastaa. Muuten kaikki tarvittava löytyi.

This 3 storey townhouse was excellent with a beautiful and modern design. We loved the fact that there are two toilets, one bathroom and another wash-up sink/mirror area, which made it easy for the 5 of us to get ready to leave the house each morning. Loved the kitchen which was well equipped and beautiful.
Quite a walk (15 minutes) from the major train station. There are about 4 different train stations within walking distance from this place, so it’s a little confusing to know which station to walk to depending on where we wanted to go. Not that close by to the shopping or restaurant district, as it’s situated in a quiet residential area.

硬要說就是只有一間衛浴
但空間超大 根本不是缺點
硬要挑毛病就是隔音偏差
