En réalité, cela ressemble plus à une cave qu’à un logement.
Le seul point positif de mon séjour a été la région : la ville, ses environs et la station thermale m’ont beaucoup plu.
Le logement ne correspondait absolument pas aux standards de propreté attendus.
La cuisine était très sale, tout comme la vaisselle, qui était grasse. Les verres étaient opaques à cause des traces de graisse. En réalité, presque toutes les surfaces étaient collantes et sales : dès que l’on touchait un meuble, une poignée ou un ustensile, les doigts restaient collants.
Il était évident que le ménage n’avait pas été effectué correctement. J’ai trouvé des cheveux ainsi qu’un capuchon de rasoir dans la cabine de douche, ce qui est inacceptable.
La ventilation fonctionnait en permanence et faisait beaucoup de bruit, mais elle ne semblait avoir aucune efficacité. Elle ne faisait que du bruit, sans renouveler l’air.
J’étais venue dans cette station thermale pour soigner mes problèmes pulmonaires, mais les conditions de l’appartement ont rendu mon séjour très difficile. J’ai mesuré un taux d’humidité de 76 % avec mon appareil de mesure. L’appartement étant situé en sous-sol, avec une terrasse juste au-dessus de la fenêtre, il était pratiquement impossible d’aérer correctement la pièce. L’air ne circulait pas, ce qui rendait la respiration difficile, surtout la nuit.
Le matelas présentait un énorme affaissement ; j’ai dû le retourner pour pouvoir dormir. Les oreillers étaient extrêmement durs, au point que j’ai dû en acheter de nouveaux à mes frais. Malgré cela, je n’ai pratiquement pas réussi à dormir pendant mon séjour.
Je suis très déçue, car j’avais choisi ce logement afin de me reposer et d’améliorer ma santé, mais les mauvaises conditions d’hygiène et la mauvaise qualité de l’air ont eu l’effet inverse.

Déçue par le manque de confort et déçue, par conséquence du prix que j’ai payé. Cher, trop cher
La situation, le calme, la proximité des commerces
Le manque d’espace.
Certes la surface était annoncée, mais le lit rabattable laissait un passage de 50cm quand il était ouvert et il n’y avait alors que 2 chaises en bois pour se "poser" quand il était fermé.
Peu de rangements, impossible de suspendre des vêtements.
Le manque de lumière et l’humidité.
Un des murs du logement est à moitié enterré et il y a une fenêtre , heureusement complètement ouvrante, mais qui ne fait que 50 cm environ de haut, et avec des barreaux (comme un sous sol). Et il y a un balcon au dessus.
