Arrivati nella meravigliosa Scilla ci ha accolti la signora Maria simpaticissima e calorosa come i calabresi sanno essere ci ha accompagnati nell’ appartamento accogliente pulito e posizione ottima per raggiungere sia la spiaggia che è a pochi passi e sia il paese su servito da un ascensore che vi risparmia le scale che a mio parere sono da fare così da godersi la vista … la signora Federica proprietaria del appartamento ci ha seguiti a distanza con consigli e suggerimenti per creare questa vacanza in un’esperienza unica, insomma se volete visitare scilla e soggiornare in una struttura accogliente pulita e comoda a tutti i servizi fiori di mandorlo è l’ideale.

Grosses, schönes Zimmer an bester Lage nahe am Strand und diversen Restaurants. Federica ist eine sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin.

I fell in love with Scilla! ❤️ I was looking to stay in a more authentic Italian setting and both the town and apartment fulfilled the criteria. The small but charming apartment is located on the Marina Grande side of Scilla, just steps away from the pebble beach, a wide promenade, and a few minutes' walk from the train station. It’s reached by climbing the first flight of stairs that eventually lead to the top of the town, with its narrow winding streets and castle. I was there out of season so the lift, located next to the stairs, was closed but it’s worth the climb for the views. Chianalea, the fishing district, located just around the headland is also only minutes away and well worth seeing. The apartment couldn’t be better located, and it was magical to wake up to the sound of the sea and the bells from the church in front, then saunter down to the cafes located at the bottom of the stairs for croissants and coffee.
Federica was an excellent host. Very proactive in making sure I had all the information I needed for my stay and kept in regular touch. I had slight teething issues with the hot water in the shower and a plumber was immediately sent to sort it out.
I loved my time there and I was sad to leave.
This isn't a criticism but the bed is actually a sofa bed which I didn't realise when booking.
