Bad service and not choose at all

Location is good. The apartment is quite new.

The service is bad. We have to wait for hours outside to wait for key. Called for service and help, and no anyone can do it. Our request is not accept and no any services at all. It is bad value for money and we should not choose it.

Very disappointing stay due to poor communication and an unprepared check-in.

Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. The biggest issue was the check-in. Although check-in was available from 4:00 PM, when we arrived, the key was not in the key box as stated in the instructions. We had to call multiple times before we were finally able to reach someone, and at first the staff themselves did not know where the key was or how to help us. Eventually, we were given the cleaners’ keys to enter the apartment, and only then did we discover that our apartment key had been left inside the apartment instead of in the key box. Communication before our arrival was also poor. We contacted the property several times in advance to reserve a parking space, as instructed, but received no response until the last moment, only to be told that no parking spaces were available. The apartment was advertised for five guests, but the sofa bed in the living room did not properly unfold, making it unsuitable for an adult to sleep on. If the apartment cannot comfortably accommodate five people, it should not be listed for five guests, or the sofa should be repaired or replaced. Overall, the lack of preparation, poor communication, and the issues with the apartment made our stay much more stressful than it should have been. We hope these issues will be addressed so future guests do not have the same experience.

El apartamento como tal muy bien, es bonito, amplio y tiene muchos servicios.

El personal inexistente, número de emergencia inválido, nos entró una persona al apartamento (vecina del bloque) y no fueron capaces siquiera de responder a los correos de manera completa y mucho menos a tiempo.
