A nossa estadia durante três noites neste alojamento foi má, por uma razão simples e lamentável: o comportamento rude do proprietário que desconhece o que seja hospitalidade e boa educação.
Quando chegámos ao local para o check-in, a contar com todas as comodidades que divulgavam na página do alojamento (incluindo lareira) foi-nos dito da parte da empresa que gere o aluguer, que a lareira era meramente “visual” e ar condicionado era a forma de aquecimento. Mesmo assim nós quisemos usar a lareira porque preferimos esse sistema de aquecimento por inúmeras razões, e a responsável pelo check-up apesar de insistir na lareia ser apenas “visual” (o que se comprovou ser falso pois funcionou muito bem para nos aquecer) foi buscar um cesto de lenha com toda a prontidão (o que seria expectável, pois divulgaram esse serviço como uma comodidade do apartamento). A lareira funcionou bem, mas no segunda noite (depois de uma primeira, em que o contacto com o sr. proprietário já se anunciou problemático), quando íamos buscar lenha no sítio EXACTO que nos foi indicado para reabastecimento aquando do check-in, o sr. proprietário disse de uma forma muito desagradável que o espaço era privado, que não podíamos estar ali, e que a lenha se pagava à parte, o que para nós foi uma novidade pois não tínhamos visto essa informação em lado nenhum, nem nos foi comunicada durante o check-in. Estávamos apenas a buscar lenha no sítio que nos indicaram e fomos tratados como ladrões. Inqualificável e Inadmissível!
Esta situação revelou não só a falta de educação do proprietário, mas também muita incoerência entre este e a empresa que gere o alojamento.
O Gerês é um sítio maravilhoso cheio de bons alojamentos, este com certeza não é um deles e não recomendamos a ninguém.
