Having free private parking in York is always a bonus, however it is about a good half an hour walk into York city centre. There are regular buses to use. The bed was comfortable and the shower was good. The sofa was comfortable and the TV was large and easy to use.
It is decorated with blue painted walls which makes it very dark inside, you could not see properly to read. The lights are very low luminosity. The cushions for the outside furniture had been left outside in the rain, so were soaked through and this meant we could not use them. There is not a lot of storage space for clothes or toiletries.

The apartment is very cozy and comfortable in a good location from city centre. Balcony was amazing and very private. Place is very clean and tidy!
The steep front door step was a bit awkward with a suitcase and the toilet took a little while to reflush, but nothing to genuinely complaining about.

The terrace was a perfect way to enjoy the weather and relax.
Also the location from the city centre was perfect.
The noise off the main road was very loud all through the night also finding a rusty blade on the terrace was a big no no for me!
The stairs were very steep.
