Unpleasant, disappointing, could have been much better with some basic maintenance

Clear instructions for checking into the property. Lots of greenery outside the apartment. Kids play area in the common space. Responsive and approachable host (But with superficial/dummy assurances to the reported problems and no resolution whatsoever)

The bitter truth is that the property is not maintained properly. It was not clean during check-in. The property highlight "Whirlpool" was unusable. There was mold in one of the bedrooms. An irritating stink emanated from the kitchen area. Every basin/sink had clogged drains and could only be used with extremely slow water flow. On entering the apartment, we had to arrange kitchen/washroom essentials like kitchen/toilet rolls as well as soap/dishwashing liquid. The kitchen also lacked a dishwasher. Sofa cushions were extremely dirty with the centre table resting on a broken leg. No resolution was provided to the reported cleanliness related problems. Only false assurances of a timely resolution. Really disappointing! Please don't ruin vacations of your guests!

Quiet and clean

Quiet and cool. Clean and comfortable.

Hard to find! Address should be updated. Leaking tub, broken lights. Limited towels. Only set us up for 4 guests but we had 5.
