We had an amazing stay at this lovely renovated old house. Be prepared to hit your head at the low door openings, which, to be honest, only adds to the charm. It is really a step into old Bulgaria with all the modern comforts intertwined to make a perfect stay.

Изключително уютно и удобно място! Веднага се почувствах у дома си! Изчистен и модерен стил на обзавеждане, липса на кич и т.нар. "битови" орнаменти, запазен възрожденски дух в архитектурата на къщата! Уникални греди!!! Благодаря за ръцете, приготвяли ни страхотни закуски!!! И благодаря на Теди за сърцето и гостоприемството й!!! Невероятни красоти на Тетевенския балкан!

The room was a dream inside. Spacious living and warm bathroom. The bedroom was cheerful and had a beautiful view of the mountains. If you can deal with a bit of uncertainty, it is worth it. Best of all, the bed was firm and comfortable.
The place was difficult to find and the host couldn't speak English. Most hosts can speak at least a little English.
If they had told me to look for the Bulgarian flag and showed the outside of the building, that would have helped. You may have to ask locals to point you in the right direction. The GPS may send you in the wrong direction. The taxi driver had to look at the address about four times.
