The night girl at the counter, probably her name was priya or idk exactly was terrible in her dealing. Extremely rude and unprofessional. She was unkind and wanted to have argument at everything you would request her for. I asked for a charger plug as I travelled all the way from UK and the plugs are different in both the countries and there were multiple plugs for people who would use it just to charge till they grab one from market. I literally begged her as my phone was dying to just give it to me so I could atleast go the market and get mine and she had a dead face all along replying rudely that ‘no is a no, you may leave’ I would highly recommend the authorities there to notice her and her rude behaviour on that. Travellers flying as tourist can afford such minimal things, lol. But atleast help them in bare minimum things. Apart from that lady, the place itself was okay.
The Asian lady at the front desk (priya, if I’m not wrong) highly irresponsible, argumentative and arrogant.
