The apartment is on a quiet street in a residential area that has a few nice restaurants, coffee shops, and markets. The elevator is handy and was never busy. The kitchen is well-equipped and has a hot plate, microwave and nice hot water. The desk and chair are a nice addition and the wifi connection is excellent. There is also a communal terrace to enjoy a coffee.
The bed is hard - mattress topper on a wood frame.

Большой номер, есть лифт, мы жили на этаже одни, есть комната для приема пищи и веранда, но мы не пользовались. Так же в комнате для приема пищи были чай, кофе, кулер с водой.
Помните, что это апартаменты, а не отель, мы не обратили внимания на это, и не учли, что не будет уборки и смены полотенец и постельного. Мусор тоже надо выносить самим. Так же было неудобно, что утром проходят занятия с детьми на первом этаже и было шумно. Месторасположение достаточно удаленное от кафе и пляжа, но мы были на байке и нас не смущало.
