Wonderful staff, particularly the lady who came every morning and made a great breakfast.
The air conditioning was good and the kitchen facilities were adequate. Great location for exploring the new area of the city and excursion pickups.
Uncomfortable beds, lack of towels and noise at night. No bedside cabinets and the place generally lacked attention to detail. We were disappointed that the room we were allocated was not the fancy bright one advertised. The indoor pool was not functioning and the gym was not usable.

The property is in a good location, easily accessible. The interior design was perfect as well
It was so difficult to communicate with one of the receptionist.
