The property itself was very spacious and clean, perfect for our family.
The £250 deposit which was not well advertised as being required before the key was released at the property. Soap etc - nothing in the bathrooms so had to go and stock up. Poor lighting and extraction in bathrooms.

Clean and well equipped. High standard fittings..ensuite in 3 bedrooms. Large space in bedroom and flat generally.
Good location for west central Leeds and about 15 mins walk to town centre. Great showers X3.
The spacing is optimised for student living in that each bedroom is self contained with cooking and washing facilities. So have to go into a bedroom to access any toilet. That's a minor grip though.
Parking outside on the street is available but restricted to 2 hours and no return with 4. There is a designated parking space in adjacent block around the back of the flat but if a very steep car park so you need a good handbrake.

Plenty of room and all bedrooms were on suites
Ornaments on the cistern which I accidentally hit when getting out of the shower and it smashed.

Very spacious, and ensuites
We were asked to pay a £250 security deposit the day before the stay that had at no point been mentioned, parking was off site and instructions were very unclear. They led to a place down the street from a google maps link 5 years ago. Blue mould in coffee machine.
