Dear
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel for 3–4 nights, and I truly enjoyed my experience. Everything was great, and I was very happy with the hospitality and overall service. I really liked this hotel and felt comfortable during my stay.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family. Whenever any of my relatives or friends visit Makkah, I will surely recommend your hotel to them.
Thank you for making my stay so pleasant and memorable. I look forward to staying with you again in the future. Highly recommended!

Everything from the checkin to checkout seems spot on! Very clean and spacious environment
I won't say i don't like it but they need to improve regarding the breakfast menu. An egg station will make it a perfect breakfast. Not much of European food like bake beans, scrambled eggs and all.

Courteous staff. Good location with free shuttle buses to Haram. Easy to find. Good facilities in terms of breakfast, mosque etc.
For such a big hotel, sometimes there was a language barrier with the reception staff.

Close to Haram
No close good restaurants. The staff were not helpful. They gave us a smaller room than what we booked. We were transferred later at night and our booked meals were skipped due to this hassle . No iron board and the iron was not clean. No shower curtains
