I liked the closeness to the beach

Host's were extremely helpful with all queries
Facilities were clean and tidy
It was festival weekend and a proportion of guests were rather rowdy until the early hours

Short walk to the festival. Quiet

Room was a good size, and lighting good, with a reading lamp near the bed.
Problems with access, with codes sent too late. Places without receptionists really need a better system for gaining access that doesn't rely on last minute codes, often sent while travelling wth poor commnications. Not a good place fyou don't like stairs.
