Das einzig positive war die Lage
Die Heizung hat nicht die ersten 1,5 Tage nicht funktioniert und der Vermieter war über Stunden nicht zu erreichen. Die Wohnung war vollkommen ausgekühlt und es war zeitweise draussen wärmer als drinnen. Den Vermieter hat das nicht wirklich gestört. Er hat sich über Stunden nicht zurückgemeldet und auch im Nachgang haben wir ihn noch nicht einmal telefonisch erreicht. Es geht einfach keiner ans Telefon.
Die Ausstattung ist nicht gut. Nicht ausreichend Besteck, nur 3 Kaffeetassen und die Wäsche lag noch im Trockner und ein Bett war definitiv nicht frisch bezogen.

Leider eine volle Enttäuschung
Die Lage der Wohnung war sehr zentrumsnah in einem denkmalgeschützten Haus und einfach zu finden. Die Kontaktaufnahme mit den Vermietern (Nico und Laura) und dem Unternehmen FeWoEscave funktionierte zunächst sehr gut, solnge wir noch nicht dort angekommen waren. Vor Ort, als es dann Probleme mit der Schlüsselübergabe und Beschwerden zum Zustand der Wohnung gab, konnten wir zunächst noch mit den Mitarbeitenden telefonieren, bekamen aber keinerlei brauchbare Unterstützung, geschweige denn eine Entschädigung für all den Ärger und die Nerverei bei Ankunft.
Die Schlüsselübergabe war eine Katastrophe. Wir konnten mit der angegebenen Code-Nummer die, sehr unkomfortabel und schwer auffindbare, auf Bodenhöhe angebrachte Schlüsselbox nicht öffnen. Die etwa 7-10malige telefonische Nachfrage um Unterstützung hat erst gegen 23:00 zu einer, quasi zufälligen Schlüsselübergabe durch eine Reinigungskraft geführt, mit der wir uns sprachlich leider überhaupt nicht verständigen konnten. Sie war wohl vorbei geschickt worden, um die Schlüsselbox zu überprüfen, hat diese auch öffnen können, allerdings unerklärlich, wie und uns nach einem Telefonat mit ihrem Chef den Schlüssel etwas widerwillig ausgehändigt.
Zum Schluss haben wir von niemandem mehr Rückmeldungen bekommen - bezahlt hatten wir ja bereits und den Schlüssel nach 7 (!) Stunden ständiger Telefonate mit FeWoEscave (Subunternehmer?) auch, also bestand offenbar keine Veranlassung mehr, uns in irgendeiner Form (z.B. Preisnachlass für den ersten völlig vergeudeten Urlaubstag) entgegen zu kommen. Wir konnten ja ohne den Hausschlüssel nicht weg und saßen in der Wohnung fest, die wir mit Nuki-Code-Nummer (ein anderer als der für die Schlüsselbox) nur betreten konnten, weil die Haustüre zwischendurch zufällig offen stand.
Desweiteren fehlte in der Wohnung, das in der Beschreibung ausgewiesene Toilettenpapier, es gab keinen Föhn, keinen Begrüßungswein (auch dieser stand tatsächlich in der Beschreibung, war uns aber auch nicht so wichtig), keine Geschirrhandtücher und Duschhandtücher, die leider total muffig und alles andere als frisch gewaschen rochen.
Das Bad roch modrig (Schimmel?), die Kunstlederstühle waren teilweise komplett abgewetzt, das Licht im Hausflur war kaputt, im Bad flackerte eine Glühlampe ständig, die Tischsets waren komplett verstaubt, der Kühlschrank war schmutzig, die Geschirrspülmaschine noch befüllt mit (zumindest gespültem) Geschirr und der Mülleimer im Bad nicht geleert.
Leider stimmten die schönen Bilder der Wohnung und die Beschreibung so gar nicht überein!
