La stanza è strutturata come un monolocale, completo di cucina non del tutto attrezzata. È stato facile entrare seguendo le indicazioni ricevute e piacevole trovare acqua, sebbene non in frigorifero. Posizione ottimale per andare all'Arena e nell'armadio c'erano addirittura due cuscini per lo scopo (avevamo i nostri, ma è apprezzabile). Stanza silenziosa nonostante sia un piano rialzato su strada.
Non c'è uno scolapiatti e quindi non si sa dove mettere ad asciugare tazze e cucchiai, anche perché non c'era nessuno strofinaccio. La dotazione per consentire agli ospiti di cucinare una semplice pasta è assente (sale da cucina, olio, ecc.). Sono disponibili solo cialde per il caffè, ma mancano bustine per tè e tisane. Il bollitore è risultato non utilizzabile perché pieno di liquido schiumoso.

Die Schritt-für-Schritt-Anleitung zum Self-Check, das wirklich schöne und sehr geräumige Zimmer samt Couch und großem Bad mit bequemer, barrierefreier Dusche (alles neuwertig). Es lässt sich zudem sehr gut verdunkeln und klimatisieren. Kaffee, Tee sowie Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Zehn Gehminuten Richtung Arena di Verona, 20 Gehminuten vom/zum Bahnhof. Frühstückslokale fußläufig. Es werden im Haus nur zwei Zimmer vermietet.
