It was self catering
Unfortunately, the mugs/crockery smelled very strongly of dishwasher tables. Also the tea bags smelled the same, due to the container they were in possibly having been in the dishwasher.
Luckily it didn't spoil our stay.

Clean, comfy, quiet
Location has some ropey areas nearby. Being offered drugs daily on the street isn’t great.

Absolutely fabulous flat. Had everything you could possibly want, very spacious with high end fittings. There was both body wash and condition in both bathrooms. and dishwasher tablets and washing up liquid and coffee and tea and suger for our use. Tv was great too and with very good WiFi
Beds we're comfortable and plenty of clothes storage.
Great location, just 10min walk to Birmingham New Street Station.
Key collection was very easy and our hosts we're very quick with their replys when we had questions.
No noisy neighbours or Street noise.
