Spacious room, comfortable bed, hot shower, delicious breakfast. Staff helpful and polite, rooms were serviced and replenished, staff helped organise our onward journey reducing stress.
Location not great for visiting major temples (upmarket shopping, but not our thing.) there were lots of mosquitoes inside the rooms. We got a reduced rate, would not pay full price rate.

1. Location is excellent.
2. Staff, particularly, the reservation staff, are very good.
1. I reserved a "Deluxe Suite" through Booking.Com. The room that I was allotted cannot be designated a "Suite" at all. It was a room like any other.
2. The size was also smaller than what appeared on the site (33 sqm).
3. Restaurant is average. Besides, it closes at 9 PM. Fortunately there are other restaurants nearby.
4. Overpriced, for the given standard.
