I got a room upgrade to the executive suite. It was such a roomy and comfortable room. Absolutely loved it. Water bottles were added every day, and I had a neat plate of fruit when coming in. The staff where friendly and helpful.
The room temperature control wasn't exactly straightforward. There were two sets of two control panels, and there were no written instructions on what each panel controlled.

The location was great, there was free parking available, the staff was friendly and helpful with any questions we had. It was worth staying in Ankara with this hotel.
