Perfect location. Tram right outside the door, very close to Spencer Street Station. Well maintained and clean.
I was unable to get details for wifi. Code wasn’t where the information guide said it would be. Contacted agent for help, the reply gave a different location for details but they weren’t there either.

A little noisy late in the night from street works being done. Not a property issue though.

It's well located for the tram.
Sofa had no structural support so you couldn't even sit to watch a 30 minute news real without muscle strain in your neck. Washing machine was mouldy. No windows an inadequate exhaust in bathroom/laundry so running the old fashioned unvented dryer steamed up the apartment. A condenser dryer might help.
