Check-in was easy: the rooms are in a building with the laundry at the front. You give your name to the laundry staff, fill in some forms, pay and you're in. The room itself was basic but comfortable – there is a small fridge, TV and wardrobe available. There is a ceiling fan to keep the room cool and a standing fan to be plugged in if it is still too hot. The toilet itself was adequate – no hot water available for showering but room temperature water which was fine in the tropical weather anyway. Location is good, the main square is about 10 mins walk away, and there are different food options within a few mins walk. The laundry at the front also washes your clothes for 20 soles and can deliver it straight to your room, which is convenient.

The toilet itself was very small and narrow – was difficult for both me and my partner to fit through.
