NO RECOMENDADO EN ABSOLUTO!!!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCIA....

Hemos reservado 237 alojamientos en Booking.com....en América Latina, Europa, Oceania...nunca jamás hemos tenido que atravesar una situación tan desagradable como la que vivimos en este alojamiento. Su única cualidad positiva es la inmejorable ubicación dentro del pueblo de Frutillar Bajo, ya que practicamente está frente al Teatro del Lago y nosotros fuimos especialmente a presenciar conciertos que se desarrollaron en estas fechas por la celebración de las "58 Semanas Musicales de Frutillar". El resto absolutamente deja mucho que desear porque convivimos con ROEDORES arriba del techo de madera de TODA la superficie del apartameno en forma permanente durante las 9 noches de nuestra estadía. Estimamos que habia varios y con crías pequeñas porque el movimiento, el ruido y la intensidad de las correteadas era asombroso. Sin ninguna duda, el ingreso se produce porque los muros de la propiedad están a un metro como máximo de distancia de un terraplen natural cubierto de cañas coligue y vegetación que actúa como ambiente propicio para el habitat de estos roedores.(FOTO) Le comunicamos a la anfitriona quien nos informó estar sorprendida por el relato pero no hizo absolutamente nada, aduciendo que nadie nunca había hecho comentario ni queja similar y que quizas fueran las "bandurrias"(ave muy común en la zona sur de Chile y Argentina) que se movían por el techo de chapas exterior que posee el apartamento. Nada mas fuera de la racionalidad dado que entre la chapa externa y el interior del apartamento hay un cielorraso de madera. En ese espacio interno de ambos materiales estaba viviendo placidamente esta familia de plagas y roedores y nosotros abajo de ellos. Es mas, en el cielorraso de madera se nota un corte y posterior rearmado con tornillos, similar a una ventana de acceso, que seguramente habrán utilizado en otra oportunidad para ingresar veneno o algun elemento para exterminar plagas.(FOTO)

Sin embargo, pese a nuestra reserva no se tuvo en cuenta al menos revisar que todo estuviera en condiciones de salubridad e higiene como debe corresponder con cualquier alojamiento que se comercialice para turistas. Lo peor de todo, fue que en dos oportunidades, sobre la toalla frente a la salida de la ducha y otra sobre el piso, encontramos deposiciones de estos animales (FOTOS).... estimamos que en algun momento del dia, ausentes nosotros del lugar, o por la noche, han bajado hasta la misma superficie donde nosotros nos desplazamos.... en fin, un asco total.... un descanso y estadía para nada placentero porque es tremendamente horrible el ruido y además desinfectar hasta los utensillos de cocina que usábamos diariamente pensando que quizás estuvieran contaminados. Además de eso no había ni siquiera jabón liquido en el baño y dejaron 1 rollo de papel higiénico para la totalidad de la estadía de 9 noches. La cama de la habitación tenía solo sábana sobre colchón y faltaba la sábana de arriba. Los acolchados y edredones tenían olor a uso y humedad. JAMAS ofrecieron cambio de ropa de cama durante la estadía. RECOMENDAMOS ENCARECIDAMENTE QUE NADIE CONTRATE LOS SERVICIOS DE ESTE LOFT PORQUE LA EXPERIENCIA VA A SER MUY DESAGRADABLE Y HABIENDO SIDO NOSOTROS OPORTUNAMENTE DAMNIFICADOS, ADVERTIMOS PARA QUE A NINGÚN TURISTA LE PASE LO MISMO

Nada .fue un real desagrado estar ahí .

Sucio , sin cosas básicas por ej en el baño nada de jabón, elConfort fue traído en posterioridad. Lo peor el trato irrespetuoso de la persona a cargo . Horas sin tranquilidad dado trabajos con una máquina muy ruidosa . Pese a q se le indicó a la persona a cargo señaló q eran trabajos en horario laboral no obstante q uno paga por vacaciones donde se supone q no se encontrara con este tipo de cosas . El costo vs lo es es demasiado. Fue un desagrado nuestros días ahí . Falta entre otros de accesorios en la Cocina . Lo peor lo irrespetuosa de esta persona , solo le interesa cobrar . Cero tino.
