Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber und die Ansprechpersonen an der Rezeption sowie der Manager waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns im Hotel direkt wohlgefühlt und sind sehr zufrieden.
Auch wenn die Lage des Hotels sehr zentral war und dies uns sehr oft geholfen hat zurechtzukommen, war die Umgebung ein wenig laut. Das Internet hat auf unserer Etage nicht so gut funktioniert.

The staff was friendly and I enjoyed the rooftop.
I had no towels, soap or basic amenities when I arrived. I had to ask for some soap and a towel, which I received a tiny bar of soap and a large towel but no wash cloth.
The room also had roaches in it and the television didn't work, like it stated on the website.
