Location was excellent
Our patio door was unlocked as broken for 5 days
We reported it immediately but nothing was done leaving us quite nervous to go out
The property gas ran out and we were without hot water or heating for over 24hrs. The contact numbers in the folder were completely useless, one was a sales office who completely refused to help & the Sykes number was unavailable as it was after 8pm and the so called triage line despite us leaving a message didn’t respond at all ensuring we would never book this property again. Sykes as usual were completely hopeless even the following day neither Sue or Francesca had the courtesy to call us back
We would do anything to avoid using Sykes and the owners need to be contactable and not rely on third party services
I have amended to contact page at the lodge to reflect this
