I really love the experience, please don't leave booking!
The rooms and personnel was really confortable and very welcoming. We were really pleased by the acommodation of our near rooms.
I made a request for a room in the first floor because hotel has not accessibility for reduced mobility and we were with our grandma, unfortunately, the acommodation that was confirmed was not respected and she had to up stairs with difficulty.

Me gusto que es una casona antigua muy bonita y bien conservada, el jardin interior con la fuente es muy bonito y da paz, el desayuno incluido me gusto, tiene buen estacionamiento y me gusta que es Petfriendly

I really liked the hotel's location. The person who assisted us (Fanny) was always very attentive and pleasant; she was always there to help us with whatever we needed. An excellent person.
I think the staff could improve a bit regarding communication and keeping track of pending issues that need to be resolved—staying well-informed at all times about what has happened or what is going to happen.

Desafortunadamente a varias personas del grupo nos aparecieron piquetes circulares en piernas y tobillos, lo cual nos hace suponer de chinches de cama en las instalaciones
