Sehr schönes Zimmer mit origineller Ausstattung in toller Lage. Straße und das Haus selbst sehen nicht so gut aus, aber das Zimmer und die Gemeinschaftsräume sehr chic.

Love it! The trendiest area in the center city. Really chic location, and I think the first boutique style location I stayed in Bucharest! I was surprised by the excellent quality of the furniture. Could not believed that the sofa is a real Natuzzi! Congratulions for a really boutique style location! Definitely coming back!

It looks absolutely amazing, art plus furniture and lights come together really nice; bed is incredible!
Utilities outside the apartment kinda brings a “dorm” feeling, like a shared apartment. But it’s nothing you wouldn’t get over easily

The 9.7 rating is not realistic as I have stayed in Four Seasons and Ritz-Carlton hotels that merit a 10. Ratings of 9 are for Westins and Hyatts. 8 for Hilton and Marriott Hotels. The highest rating I could honestly & objectively give the Art Boutique Residence is a 7 because it is clean, well decorated and in a central Bucharest location
Here is the reality check that makes a 7 impossible. The street location is run down. The entry and stairs to the unit are dirty and smell musty. The amenities of a small refrigerator and coffee maker are minimal.
