The staff,the owner and his family members were so helpful. It was a short notice for my trip to khatu Shyam and Salasar balaji but they arranged transportation whenever I needed. The food is homemade and delicious in taste. They catered to every big small needs of mine throughout the stay.
The area around is a bit crowded and if any uber ola are booked , it doesn’t come to the same location. You have to walk up to a particular point to get access.

We had a lovely night stay here. The staff were so so friendly and we felt exceptionally taken care of. They were present without being over bearing. Nothing was pushed on us which we’ve found in other places, this was a welcome relief.
The dinner was exceptional.
We just felt super comfortable and listened to.
It was a little difficult to find and our driver found it hard to find. (It’s signposted on maps so maybe this was our driver issue)

We had a wonderful stay at Raghunath Haveli. The owner organised a reliable transfer and woke up to let us in when our train arrived in the very early hours. The place itself is so nicely decorated, comfortable and clean. We felt really relaxed and the staff were so helpful when needed, including organising tuktuks for us when asked and helping with laundry, but were also really good in letting us do our own thing!

A lovely boutique hotel with authentic flair in the heart of the city. The place and the rooms have the charm of an old haveli, and there's even an elevator. The rooms were spacious, clean, and nicely furnished.
One of the bathrooms was great, the other desperately needed renovation.
The manager and staff were very helpful. They organized laundry and tuk-tuks for our full-day excursions.
The surrounding area is very poor: dirty, chaotic, and noisy. There isn't a single restaurant for miles around.
Breakfast wasn't particularly good and there was no choice.
It's inappropriate to impose their family values, which dictate a vegetarian diet, on all guests!
