Great location, comfy beds, perfectly clean and tidy. The flat was excellent value for money in the city centre, especially with a free parking space attached. A really great, central location, five minutes from the station and tonnes of restaurants, a decent sized supermarket and cafes and takeaways. Two minutes from St James Park football stadium and we were staying over a match day so the streets were busy (bear this in mind as we accidentally ordered a takeaway at the wrong time and it got stuck in traffic-completely our fault), but the flat was obviously well insulated and off the main road so we had no issues with noise!
Nothing really to say we didn't like, just maybe a few more towels would be useful- maybe a hand towel in the bathroom and an extra couple of tea towels. The only other thing was maybe another arm chair or something in the sitting room. There was only four of us staying so we were perfectly comfortable, but it may be a bit of a squeeze with five.
The description says the apartment has a "terrace" which is maybe a touch of exhaggeration as it's really a small juliet balcony, but it was great being able to open the doors and let in plenty of air and light.
Only other note is to say the apartment is up two flights of stairs- the stairs are well-lit and a good size so only really an issue if travelling with someone with mobility issues!

The location was fantastic. The host was very helpful and. Quick to respond. Perfect size apart for our group of 5 but could accommodate more.
The host left tea, coffee, hot chocolate and milk for our arrival which was very much appreciated.

Great location, clean and spacious, good communication with owner.
The shower kept tripping off and the radiator fell off the wall. Once I’d contacted the owner, they came out the next day to fix the radiator but the shower was still broken and tripped off every minute.
