Location at the very quiet beach, 4 double beds,beach bar serving good food and drinks 50 meters away

All beds have very firm mattress and noise from street.

We loved everything. The house was just as shown. Clean and had everything you needed. We were literally on the beach. The beach bar is wonderful. Staff are great and food and drinks excellent. Walking distance to other restaurants and the main town.

We were very happy with our stay. The house is right on the water, with only a small road in between. The owners were very helpful with tips on places to eat well, where to snorkel etc. The house is located in a quiet area of ​​Koh Samet, but still close to the town's restaurants etc. The owners who also have the café/restaurant on the Beach were nice to put a lot of waterbottles at the house. We hope to come back.

The beds were a bit hard for our taste.

Beautiful sea view and a nice house with very good air conditioning. The location is convenient during the day, within walking distance of the pier and a 7-Eleven. Complimentary bottled water was also provided, which was appreciated.

Unfortunately, we left after only one night of our four-night stay. Both bathrooms were extremely small, with the shower positioned almost directly above the toilet. There were also many ants, particularly around the bathroom area, which made my children and me uncomfortable using the bathroom and toilet. One of the windows did not close properly. We did not report this during our short stay, but as I was travelling alone with my two children and the property felt quite isolated after dark, it contributed to us not feeling comfortable staying there. Combined with the ants and the bathroom situation, we decided to leave after the first night. The room itself was nice and the view was beautiful, but unfortunately the accommodation was not suitable for us.
