Beautiful location, large comfy bed, good facilities with fridge, microwave, toaster and coffee machine.

This is an amazing property, and the owners are communicative and fantastic. I am very particular, and this property met all my standards. It is cleverly and beautifully designed, backed by a gorgeous garden and a forest. I would highly recommend staying here. It's absolutely stunning. This isn't somewhere where you can cook a meal; however, you are just 5 minutes from Balcombe, and there are several pubs and eateries in the area. My husband and I highly recommend this property.
There is nothing negative to be said about the property. The only thing to consider is that the area doesn't have great mobile phone connection, but the owners have ensured that they provide the best wifi for guests.

The barn was immaculately clean and was in a beautiful peaceful location in the grounds of a larger house.
Rachel was very easy to contact and flexible on arrival time and couldn’t have been more helpful during our stay.
There was nothing to dislike about the property.

The location was perfect for us as we had a wedding around the corner, close to a town centre and in a very pictureque area, hosts where exceptional and the villa was stunning and very clean
