Everything nice

Very clean, nice place to stay ☺️

Lovely weekend stay

The location is great, with grocery stores nearby, also we were able to find parking close to the building. The apartment was cozy, clean, and comfortable. The self check-in was also very easy and convenient. The only downside was that it was very hot outside during our stay, and there was no air conditioning, so it was quite warm to sleep at night. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this apartment!

Very disappointing experience – avoid this place!

The host acted like a scammer – he tried to blame me for a broken table, demanded money directly to his account bypassing Booking, and even threatened legal action with strange payment deadlines. Check-in was also a mess: the intercom key didn’t work (a nightmare late at night), and the instructions were sent only after I asked and even had the wrong apartment number. The apartment itself is new but smells strongly of fresh construction, has a stiff door lock, and lacks basic amenities: no bath products, no sponge or trash bags, no info on how to take out garbage. Towels were old and left black lint on my skin, pillows were uncomfortable, and there’s no proper working area – only bar stools without back support. Also, no curtains on the windows – zero privacy. Would not recommend. UPD: Since the host continues to lie in his response to my review, I want to add a few words. He’s now claiming that Booking.com and his lawyer are going to take legal action — which is simply not true. Let’s be honest: this is a regular rental with a cheap, shaky table, and the host wants you to believe he’s taking legal steps with a global company because of it? It’s just another way to scare people. Luckily for future guests (and not so luckily for the host), there are plenty of great apartments in Warsaw with friendly and respectful hosts who won’t threaten you with a lawsuit for writing a review :)

Obiekt rewelacja, bardzo dobrze wyposażony Bardzo czysty. Spokojna okolica. Świetlny kontakt z obsługą. Wszystko przebiegało łatwo i sprawnie, bez żadnych problemów. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni,polecamy.
