Pas d’eau chaude.
Personnel peu aimable et pas au courant des reservations. À deux reprises j’ai eu des échanges lunaires avec une des personnes du staff.
Tête de lit non fixées, à chaque mouvement, coup dans le mur qui réveille tout l’étage.

I had room 6, on the ground floor, furthest from the street. It was generally quiet, yes, I heard others in the facility and their vehicles but either regard to street noise or neighbours it’s quiet. The staff were lovely, helpful and patient with my non existent Spanish. For $60usd the room was clean and recently updated and had air con. Walking distance to a decent Super Selectos and the carnival rides ofFun City. Even closer to the flashy shops of La Gran Via. And if you prefer the local way a substantial Mercado is right across the street complete with hair dressers, clothing, nail salons, fresh food and all manner of eat in or takeout street food. Short walk to Parque del Bicenntario if you want some green space. The 1pm check out, solves luggage storage issues and is appreciated Would definitely book again.
No fridge in the room but I imagine you might be able to store some things in the fridge in the common area. There is both a water filter in the common area for both chilled and hot water. The bed linen is a thin cheap polyester. It would be nice if they upgraded that to cotton. No hot water but that’s to be expected, especially for the price
