Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut. Der Bahnhof und die Altstadt sind gut zu erreichen, zu Fuß sind es etwa 15–20 Minuten. Besonders praktisch fanden wir, dass ein Parkplatz inklusive war.
Der Gastgeber war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist zwar nicht besonders groß, vor allem das Badezimmer ist eher klein, aber für zwei Erwachsene und ein Kind völlig ausreichend. Ein Smart-TV ist ebenfalls vorhanden, was für uns sehr angenehm war.
Das Einzige, was uns etwas gestört hat, war die Lautstärke. Man hört teilweise Geräusche aus der Nachbarwohnung oder von draußen, sodass es vor allem abends etwas laut sein kann. Aber ansonsten waren wir zufrieden – man kann schließlich nicht alles haben. 😊

Ottima posizione vicino al centro di como, gestore gentile e disponibile. Ci hanno lasciato anche delle brioches offerte alla pasticceria vicina. Nel complesso il soggiorno è stato buono.
Pulizia dell'appartamento non ottimale, ho dovuto chiedere un extra per pulire il secondo giorno meglio l'appartamento.

Un disservizio che è stato prontamente risolto.
Al momento della prenotazione, tra i servizi dell’appartamento era indicata la presenza della lavatrice. Abbiamo quindi organizzato il nostro soggiorno anche in funzione di questo, portando con noi meno vestiti e prevedendo di poter lavare biancheria e indumenti durante la permanenza.
Una volta arrivati, però, ci siamo accorti che la lavatrice non era presente, a causa di un problema che, purtroppo, non ci era stato comunicato preventivamente. Abbiamo quindi fatto presente la situazione ai titolari della struttura che, immediatamente, la mattina successiva hanno provveduto a portare e montare una lavatrice, risolvendo così il problema.
Abbiamo apprezzato molto la disponibilità e la rapidità con cui è stato risolto il problema. Al di là di questo inconveniente, il soggiorno nell’appartamento è stato molto piacevole e ci siamo trovati complessivamente molto bene.

Le parking gratuit, l'emplacement, les croissants offerts, la climatisation
Équipement cuisine OK (à part les couteaux), salon OK, tv connectées dans salon et chambre.
La salle de bain au global : pas assez de papier toilette (1 seul rouleau trouvé), porte savon rouillé, pommeau de douche qui fuit, joints moisis, baignoire quasiment bouchée, machine à laver qui bloque l'ouverture de la porte.
Sur le logement au global : manque de finition (prises et multiprises dans la chambre, tablettes bancales, lampes de chevet de mauvaise qualité), couteaux de cuisine en mauvais état,...
Donne l'impression de payer trop cher pour la qualité obtenue. Les notes et avis du logement ne sont pas totalement vrais (hormis les points positifs mentionnés)
