Gezellig huisje waar alles aanwezig is die je nodig hebt. Kamers zijn gezellig. Je krijgt meteen een knus gevoel. Het ingesloten terras aan de achterzijde was ook een grote plus.

Badkamer op de verdieping lekt naar de benedenverdieping toe. Dit moet eens opnieuw bekeken worden door de eigenaar. De ventilatieroosters waren heel vuil. Een extra poetsbeurt van deze roosters zou een heel andere look geven.
