We were looking for something close to the airport on our last day and most of the places in the area have very mixed reviews. Sugar marina was excellent with very friendly staff, great pools and a great location. 711 across the road for those late night essential snacks

We really loved our stay at Sugar Marina Lagoon Villas. The decor was beautiful, and we loved the overall feel and vibe of the hotel — it had a lovely, relaxed atmosphere. For the price, we thought it was excellent value for money.
The location was also fantastic for our needs. It’s very close to the airport, but still tucked away enough that you don’t feel like you’re right on a busy main road.
Having a 7-Eleven directly across the road was incredibly convenient as well.
We would definitely recommend Sugar Marina Lagoon Villas, particularly if you’re looking for somewhere to stay for one or two nights before or after a flight.
The food at the hotel was also great, and everything was very comfortable and well looked after.
The only small negative for us was that the air conditioning was a little loud. Personally, I actually like sleeping with some white noise, so it didn’t bother me, but I can see how it might disturb some guests who prefer a quieter room.
Other than that, we really couldn’t fault our stay.

The glasses had so many finger prints: at the main door, windows at the room, the gym. Also the gym was highly dirty, I went during my stay 3x and it was always dirty and the AC was not working at all.
