Gera lokacija: jūra arti, maisto parduotuvė 5 minutės, drabužių parduotuvės aplink. Labai malonus ir paslaugus šeimininkas.

We had a wonderful stay. Traveling with a baby can be challenging, but this apartment made everything easy and comfortable for our family. The host was exceptionally communicative and always responded very quickly whenever we had a question or needed assistance. We felt genuinely welcomed and appreciated how understanding and accommodating they were of our family’s needs.
The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Pescara. We could easily walk everywhere, including the beach, restaurants, cafés and shops, which made our trip very enjoyable. The apartment itself was spotless, well maintained and equipped with everything we needed. The air conditioning was excellent during the hot weather and having an elevator made daily life much easier with a stroller and baby gear. Overall, the apartment was comfortable, high quality and a pleasure to stay in.
Nothing at all. Everything met or exceeded our expectations and we were very happy with our stay.

Чудові апартаменти в самому центрі міста. Комфортно, зручно, все поруч - залізничний вокзал, море, центральна шопінгова вулиця. Зручне ліжко, матрац та подушки. Бездоганно працював у спеку кондиціонер. Був увесь необхідний для приготування їжі реманент. Не було необхідності носити з собою ключі від квартири, бо Алессандро заздалегідь налаштував кодові замки, за що йому окрема подяка. Перебування в таких апартаментах було важливим компонентом яскравого сприйняття міста Пескара. Дуже хочу повернутися сюди наступного разу.
Усе сподобалося.

The location of the apartment is perfect in order to reach the seaside and the main boulevard.
The apartment is fully equipped and perfect for a family. It has a big terrace where you can enjoy a coffee and the breakfast.
If you stay more then 4-5 days, take into consideration to arrange a cleaning day
