Great stay

Cozy. Clean. Amazing view of Vilnius. Great location. No issues with finding parking.

A very disappointing and unacceptable stay — especially after being promised a refund for the poor conditions.

The location and the idea of the apartment were nice, but unfortunately that was overshadowed by the very poor cleanliness and the condition we found when we arrived.

The apartment was not properly cleaned at all. The trash was full, there was rubbish inside the shelves, and there was a horrible smell from rotten fruit. The whirlpool was also dirty, with hair, dust and residue from previous guests. I specifically asked beforehand if it would be properly cleaned and sanitized because I have allergies, and I was assured it would be. This was clearly not true. We recorded everything on video and sent it to the owners. They even told us they would give us a refund, but we still haven’t received it. This situation was extremely unpleasant and very unfair.
