Die zentrale Lage, die Wohnung ist geräumig, es gab in den umliegenden Straßen immer einen Parkplatz, beim Inder nebenan haben wir gut gegessen.
Es bräuchte mal eine ordentliche Grundreinigung. Es war nur oberflächlich geputzt, in den Schränken der Küchenzeile, Ecken, im Besteckkasten und im Badezimmer wäre eine tiefergehende Reinigung unserer Meinung nach dringend nötig.
Die Betten sind die billigsten von Ikea und für große und/oder schwere Leute nicht geeignet. Ich habe die letzte Nacht auf der gemütlichen Couch verbracht, da ich in dem Bett mangels Platz und Komfort nicht mehr schlafen konnte.
Obwohl für drei Personen gebucht, gab es nur Handtücher für zwei.
Das WiFi war schwankend (den Fernseher im Wohnzimmer konnten wir aufgrund des schwachen Signals gar nicht nutzen). Das war schon etwas problematisch, da auch unser mobiles Datennetz wie in fast ganz Wales nicht gut war und es doch einiges an Reiseplanung zu erledigen gab. Insgesamt war die Wohnung okay, aber nicht für den Preis von stolzen 250 Pfund (!!!) pro Nacht. Da hatten wir auf unserer Rundreise von insgesamt 5 Unterkünften 4 bessere und billigere. Schade...

This is the second time we have stayed here! After the first stay we rebooked pretty instantly for a return trip a few months later. Our son calls this “the house with the kitchen upstairs” and said it’s his most favourite place he has ever stayed.
We love lots about the property:
- The location
- Modern decor
- Huge sofa with plenty of space for relaxing on as a family
- TV with access to Netflix
- Storage for clothes
- Walk in shower
- Comfortable beds
- Board games and Xbox with games
We could go on…
We can only think of very minor things not to like about it such as, the road can sound noisy sometimes, the WiFi works but is not very good (things on your phone can take a long time to load), the shower has a bubble under the flooring where you stand for washing. All of these things would not put us off coming again in future - we are scraping the barrel here to think of something.
Although, we have also looked today to rebook again for a third stay but have seen that the apartment cost increases around popular times such as half terms/holidays/summer, making it unaffordable for us which is a shame. We would pay max £160 per night for a holiday treat but seeing the prices rocket to £250 per night is just not doable but also seems a little greedy. As lovely as the accommodation is, we wouldn’t pay £250 a night for it.

Excellent stay in Porthmadog! The apartment was beautiful, clean, and located perfectly. We would definitely stay there again.
The WiFi didn’t reach the second floor (login room area) consistently.
