The location was really good, but the surrounds at the rear left a lot to be desired
Staff were helpful in sorting out an issue we had & seemed to genuinely care about the inconvenience caused
The practice of needing to go to one property to collect keys & then get to the property we were staying at was far from ideal. Might be ok if you only have a small overnight bag but with 2 large cases plus smaller bags it was very difficult
The apartment we had is not the one in the advertisement which is deceptive
